*The Politburo conference held on Feb 21st decided to hold the 2nd session of 20th Central Committee of CPC during Feb 26th to 28th. It emphasized to better integrate development and safety with overall deepen reform and opening-up promoted in revitalization of market confidence. Dynamic integration of domestic demand expansion and structural reform at supply side to be carried forward with stable growth, employment and product price emphasized.

 

Industrial Economy

*Energy storage related innovation platform construction will receive support from the central budget with new-type price policies to be formulated, said by national energy administration.

*Ministry of Agriculture announced implementation opinions in promoting rural revitalization which pointed out to promote innovation of breeding with industrial bio-breeding to be accelerated, pilot range of transgenic corn and soybean to be expanded.

*Tencent has submitted proposal to Meta Platforms as its sole business agent in China on Meta Quest 2 HMD with discussion currently at initial stage, according to someone familiar with this matter.
